In a world determined to run mad, there’s still “The Onion”

Whatever befalls you in life, you may rely on The Onion for biting, on-point satire. With the grim spectre of Project 25 on the horizon and many Americans choosing having resurrected the principles of 20th century Nazi pseudoscience, Donald Trump’s supporters, who choose to believe that they should exterminate all those who hold that all those who disagree with them have been infected with a virus that causes their thoughts and behaviour to run contrary to those approved by the Tea Party, echoing calls for the extermination of all homosexuals by Heinrich Himmler, who “fiercely believed that homosexuality was a contagion that endangered the unity of the German nation and posed a unique threat to his police forces”, The Onion brings us this happy parody to lighten the mood.
