Evaluating local autism/ADHD diagnostic pathways

NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight would like to understand your experiences and views on how they can improve local autism and ADHD assessment services. Please help them by completing the survey if:

• you are being assessed, considering being assessed or have received an assessment outcome for autism and/or ADHD;
• you are supporting supporting those seeking an Autism and/or ADHD diagnosis; or
• you are are a clinician/professional responsible for completing Autism and ADHD referrals for assessment.

About the survey

• The survey is open until midnight on Friday 31 January 2025.
• It takes 5-10 minutes to complete.
• It needs to be completed all in one go.
• Survey findings will be available from the end of March.
