Customer Service Excellence confirmed for the Library
We have been recognised for our commitment to customer service for the fifth time in a row! The Library’s Customer Service Excellence award has been renewed for the fifth time since 2016.
Our assessors were particularly impressed by how we put our clients at the very heart of service delivery and “go the extra mile” to help you all, resulting in a 91.92% satisfaction from students in the National Student Survey, a full 2.6% above the average university. We were delighted to have been described as “incredibly helpful, friendly and approachable” by our students, staff, partners and visitors.
