Humorous cartoon but with a serious point. A seagull pair appear to be nesting for the third year running on the ledge above the Library courtyard, so please take particular care not to drop food or leave litter there. Food litter and near empty packets could attract the attention of these avid scavengers, and the last thing we would want is for anyone to have to compete with a seagull for their lunch!
