Adding another 600 years of historical primary sources

We’ve just added a further 600+ years of primary sources providing diverse global historical perspectives on Global History as it happened, including newspaper and magazine archives from around the world.

Complementing the vast array of primary historical sources already available through Adam Matthews Digital, Gale Primary Sources, and our newspaper and magazine archives, the Library has subscribed to more than 600 years of historical chronicles examining the recent past from multiple perspectives, including different national and regional newspapers and periodicals. This collection is one of the largest collections of primary sources available in the UK, comprising millions of pages of materials, including magazines, periodicals and video content that are now available anytime, anywhere and can easily be added to reading lists and other teaching and learning support materials.
