Queen’s Platinum Jubilee garden party

Picnic in the park

This event on Friday 27 May is free to attend and restricted to students and staff. Just bring a picnic or order a jubilee special of tea and cake from Cafe Coco and the University will provide blankets to sit on, strawberries and cream, an ice cream stand, book swap stall, free henna tattoos, lawn games, and the opportunity to have your portrait done in caricature.

Dressing up competition

Fancy cosplaying as Her Majesty? Had your eye on an innovative red, white and blue number just waiting for a national occasion to show off? Dress up as creatively as you can in red, white and blue for a chance to win a prize!
