Happy University Mental Health Day!

Happy University Mental Health Day! It has long been observed that suffering comes not so much from the outside world as from the way we think about it. Adjusting how you think about challenges and the way you talk to yourself can have a major impact on your mental health.

In support of University Mental Health Day, Bloomsbury have shared loads of free self-help materials from guides on being your own best friend to lifehacks and a short video series from Will Medd, author of “Get Sorted”.
