A library shaped by student led change
The library service has been built in equal measures on our anticipating the developing needs of our clients through keen observation and horizon scanning and on student led change: changes inspired in response to student feedback, suggestions, comments, criticisms and innovative ideas. You can read about some of the more recent service changes we have made in partnership with our clients on the Student Led Change webpage.
We love to hear from out clients – whether to receive challenging good, bad and indifferent. There are many ways you can get in touch and suggest changes, put ideas to us, and raise concerns about things that you feel need to be improved besides reviewing us on Facebook or Google. You can:
- Post a suggestion to our Online Suggestions Box and we will do out best to reply within 10 working days (two weeks).
- Email library@port.ac.uk
- Chat to us online
- Pop in and chat to any member of library staff in person (during staffed hours)
- Chat to us over the phone (call 023 9284 3228)
However we receive your suggestion, we will add it to our Online Suggestions Box and make sure the responsible manager(s) give you an initial response within two weeks. While implementing ambitious changes might well take a little longer, rest assured we will keep you in the loop as things develop.
We look forward to hearing from you 🙂
