Today is the last day that library staff will be working until the new term starts on 4 January 2022. We wish you all a very happy holiday and a hopeful new year.
Before we go, I just wanted to remind you of library service arrangements over the holidays:
Email enquiries – After 4 pm today (Thursday 23 December 2021), emails received by the library will not be read until 4-6 January.
Online chat – After ca. 4.50 pm today, online chat will be staffed exclusively by our out-of-hours support team. If you have a complex enquiry and you want to ask a member of our enquiries team, please try to contact us by around 4.30 pm today to make sure we have enough time to resolve your enquiry completely.
University Collect – Covid-19 lateral flow test kits may only be collected from the University Library while library staff are on duty. This means that after 5 pm tonight, you will be unable to collect test kits from the library until 9 am on Tuesday 4 January. While our Security Team will be present whenever the library is open over the holiday period, they are unable to issue Covid test kits.
Library holiday opening hours – The library is closed over Christmas and New Year but open in between. Please check the library opening hours webpage before visiting to avoid disappointment.
