Out on an Island

Following a year-long project capturing the written and oral histories of LGBTQ+ people living on the Isle of Wight, Out on and Island offers a unique glimpse into the development of sexual and gender diversity expression, support and liberation in a rural island community. Visit the exhibition at the picturesque Quay Arts Centre, Newport, on the Island and be taken on a trip through time as witnessed by those who lived it.
