Referencing drop-in clinics return on Monday 5 March

Greta Friggens staffing a Library drop-in referencing tableThe ever popular dedicated referencing drop-in clinics are returning to the Library Atrium 11-12 am, 2-3 pm and 4-5 pm, Monday-Friday, starting on Monday 5 March 2018.  Don’t forget that you can find our referencing advice online, get referencing help in person all the time Library desks are staffed.  We run these dedicated drop-ins so you don’t have to wait at peak times.  If you email or fill in the web form, please send us a permalink and/or the title/author details for anything you are trying to reference we can email you back within 48 hours, and usually within a few minutes.  This makes it much easier for us to give you the best answer.

If you need a quick answer outside our usual working hours, you can still get 24/7 help through our online chat (click the speech bubble icon to begin) or by calling 023 9284 3228.  You can always fill in our web form and we’ll get back to you with a full answer by email, often within a few minutes and almost always within 48 hours, excluding Bank Holidays.
