Oxford University Press e-journals login problem

Oxford University Press e-journals are temporarily only available away from the campus by setting up the VPN or Web Proxy.  This appears to be a nationwide problem and has been reported to OUP.   Please get in touch if you have any concerns or would like advice on setting up the VPN or Web Proxy services on  your computer.
