From the moment you turn over your first exam paper, you appreciate how useful having a great memory can be but did you now that you can improve your memory just by playing games?  This news article suggests some old classics but the list is far from comprehensive.  Anything that requires you to remember what has happened before, such as playing trading card games, such as Magic the Gathering, that involve complex decisions while remembering what cards have already been played, develops the same sort of skills you require for your work.
