Delivery of Library email notifications
Information Services (IS) advised us today that there has been a problem with the delivery of some Library email notifications. These notifications were believed to have been sent earlier this week but were discovered to have only been sent out from the University email server today. We are currently working with IS determine whether this problem occurred only on a particular day or days or whether it has been over a period of time. We will also be looking at the late return of recalled items that might have been affected by this.
This is a particularly complicated problem that is expected to take some time to investigate. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
