You can make life a lot easier by setting up the Web Proxy Service now and enjoying the on campus experience from anywhere in the world.  Enjoy signing in less often, campus only resources and increased reliability.  Setting up the Web Proxy is a single, simple, reversible, one-time change to the settings of one of your Web browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.).  Click here for printable step by step instructions to setting up the Web Proxy.

If you have any difficulty logging into or using anything you have found through the Library website you can check whether it is a known problem with a solution on our Known Problems web page.

If you have IT problems that are not specific to Library resources, perhaps you are unable to log into Moodle or have a query about printing or University software, Information Services (IS) can help.  Many IT solutions are available on the IT Help website.
